A 72-year-old patient with jaundice and Pancreatic head mass
  • He is presented with jaundice, dyspepsia and wt loos.
  • His investigation include:
    • T.S.B 19.3 mg/dl, direct 17.3, alk phos 225 IU/L.
    • INR=1.
    • ESR=47.CBC was normal.
  • CT abdomen had been shown a dilated intra-hepatic biliary system with LT lobe simple cyst of 19x18mm, dilated CBD 11mm.pancrease show dilated duct 7 mm with echogenic mass of head 3.6x3.4 cm
